Valeting Bays and Wash Bay Canopies

A valeting bay provides a dedicated working area for each stage of the cleaning process while offering protection for staff, vehicles and equipment. Bays can be used for wet washing, dry valeting or a combination of both.

A Surface-Mounted Vehicle Wash Pad provides a permanent, sealed washing area without necessarily requiring excavation or extensive groundworks.

They are particularly useful on leasehold premises, sensitive sites or operational depots where major excavation is impractical and can be designed around the dimensions and maximum vehicle weights.

The WashPad Pro range can be combined with filtration equipment capable of recovering and reusing wash water, helping businesses reduce consumption and manage wastewater more effectively.

Morclean has extensive experience of vehicle and equipment washing applications and is familiar with the environmental requirements and guidance applicable across England, Scotland and Wales.

Our team considers the proposed washing process, site drainage, water containment and intended discharge route when designing the installation.

Where required, the project can incorporate silt separation, oil separation, water treatment, water reuse or recycling and controlled discharge arrangements to help the client meet applicable environmental requirements and site-specific conditions.
