Van Mounted Bin Wash
Morclean is excited to have designed, developed and manufactured this van mounted bin wash in our dedicated R&D, production and assembly unit. Currently we’re producing this van mounted bin wash machine -and the pick-up version of the machine is making good progress too
Branded as SPRINT vm, our new model of automatic bin washing machine is designed to be mounted inside a panel van (typically a Transit Custom). Work has continued in developing this new model over recent months, and we’ve designed the machine from concept and prototype, right through to final spec and production despite a global shortage of components and vehicles
The SPRINT vm bin wash machine is petrol-driven and fitted with an automated rotary cleaning head to clean the wheelie bins. Up to 240 litre bins can be washed without the operator having to use a wash lance. Designed and built in our dedicated R&D, Production & Assembly unit, our team are continually developing new ideas and innovative solutions.
The Morclean Sprint van mounted bin wash is also available with potential options of extra stage filters, for specialist applications, or with a grass filter to prevent any grass clippings (from the green garden waste bins) floating to the top of the water and potentially blocking the filters. The dual filter (when fitted) is positioned within the secondary filter and is easy to remove and clean, and also washable (under a tap or with a hose pipe). Biological Dosing System
The Sprint vm will also be fitted with the successful and brand new biological dosing system, which is designed to inhibit the growth of bacteria. Introduced to the reclaimed water by a progressive dosing system. The machine will introduce just the right amount of product into the water tanks to reduce bacteria and smells
Please note that during 2022/2025, certain engines, typically of this type and size, are being phased out due to changes in legislation to reduce emisions. Morclean are aware of all these developments and are continually improving their range of bin wash machines.

The Morclean range of bin wash machines, and the lift mechanisms we use, are not suitable for North American bins/carts. Currently we don’t ship bin wash machines to the USA or CAN. Thanks.
