Self-contained automated bin wash machine
Fully self-contained, the FLITE Plus from Morclean is an automated bin wash machine designed to clean wheelie bins without the operator needing to use a lance. Instead, the system relies on two automated cleaning heads (under single use) that thoroughly wash the internal sides of a bin.
The unit is suitable for installation on most fridge vans or box vans, including those commonly used as food shopping delivery vehicles, and Morclean typically makes use of the existing side doors and/or hatches on such vans.
The FLITE series of machines can also be mounted on pickup trucks, flatbeds or trailers.

*Please note that during 2022/2025; Diesel engines, typically of this type and size, are being phased out due to changes in legislation to reduce emisions. Morclean are aware of all these developments and are continually improving their range of bin wash machines. Currently we are phasing out diesel engines and opting for petrol-driven variants.

Operation
Its lift mechanism is engineered to match the vehicle height, raising and lowering to accommodate bins before allowing the operator to tip them with a simple press of a button.
Once in position, powerful rotating cleaning heads carry out the wash automatically, powered by an engine driven high pressure pump.
The heads rotate in two directions, maximising 360°coverage and ensuring the internal surfaces of the bins are effectively cleaned.

Due to continual development by vehicle manufacturers, pick-up trucks vary considerably in dimension and size – especially the newer models with rounded corners and improved design. Supply is therefore dependant on specification and dims to suit each vehicle but the Morclean FLITE is built on a standardised frame
The National Association of Wheelie Bin Washers represents those wheelie bin washing companies that are able to satisfy the associations entry criteria, which requires them to comply with all existing legislation and guidelines for the washing of bins using high pressure pumps.
PLEASE NOTE: USA/CANADA
The Morclean range of bin wash machines, and the lift mechanisms we use, are not suitable for North American bins/carts. Currently we don’t ship bin wash machines to the USA or CAN. Thanks.
