Soft Washing
By using a ‘soft-washing’ method to remove paint, graffiti and gum, the brick or stone is not affected by the jet of water. Therefore, this ultimately reduces the risk of patches or stripes and does not erode or damage the surface after cleaning, above all without compromising on top quality performance.

Low Water Consumption
Due to its low water consumption rate, the ThermaSteam uses approximately 1/3 of the water compared to a traditional jet wash, and as a result, less wastewater to collect or clean up.

Longer Run Time
You no longer require a big, bulky generator in order to run this machine in remote locations. Therefore, the 500-litre tank will realistically run for just over 1.5 hours and is completely self-contained with its own diesel tank.

The system has been expertly engineered to utilise a normal water supply and use this to remove resistant unwanted matter without using any harmful solvents or chemicals that can be toxic to the environment. This includes paint, graffiti, chewing gum, moss, bird droppings and more.

It consists of a bespoke unit with modern functionalities such as electric start, self-charging and an air-cooled diesel engine which belt drives the high-pressure pump. In addition to having an impressive 500L water tank, which reduces time spent refilling.
