KEY FEATURES
Large Size
The wash area of the X-6 wash bay measures approximately 6000mm in width and 4500mm in depth. It is made up of six modular base panels, each sized 1500mm x 3000mm.
Accessible Entry
The wash area is safely accessible via two galvanised anti slip ramps as standard. Additional ramps are available as options.
Overspray Protection
Three-sided walls standing at 2200mm high walls minimize overspray during the washing operations.
Efficient Waste Management
The floor of the wash bay is designed to direct soiled water and solids to the sides which then drains into the solids collection tanks. Inside these tanks are three sections that filter and retain solids while allowing the water to filter through an outlet for filtration.
Automated Filtration
A float switch-activated diaphragm pump transfers water to the WPP30 Filtration Tank, where contaminants are filtered out, and the water is lightly chlorinated for reuse.
