Water Treatment Tank WPP30

Filtration system WPP30 is a water treatment tank that delivers a three‑stage water cleansing solution. Housed in a robust stainless‑steel frame, it is turnkey ready for installation.
With an overall capacity of 3,000 litres, (1,000 litres per chamber), the WPP30 efficiently turns contaminated interceptor tank water into lightly-chlorinated, pressure‑washer‑ready water.
Used water is drawn from the collection tank through the filtration tanks where particles and oils are removed.
Whether you’re on‑site at a construction project, servicing heavy equipment or performing environmental cleanup, the WPP30 system makes reliable, compliant water recycling effortless.
How the WPP30 Works
Stage 1: Sediment Separation
Heavy particles, such as sand, mud and aggregates settle, while free‑floating hydrocarbons rise to the surface.
Stage 2: Coalescing Filtration
Specialised coalescing filtration captures and removes dissolved oil and hydrocarbon residues, ensuring a virtually oil‑free feed water.
Stage 3: Fine Filtration & Disinfection
Final polishing through a precision fine filter, combined with light chlorination, produces crystal‑clear water. A built‑in booster pump then delivers consistent pressure for your washer.
Key Benefits
-
Rapid Deployment: Fully assembled, plug‑and‑play skid design
-
High Capacity: 3 m³ per cycle for maximum throughput
-
Multi‑Contaminant Removal: Tackles sediment, oil, hydrocarbons and microbes
-
Low Maintenance: Simple access to sediment traps and filter cartridges
-
Integrated Pumping: On‑board booster pump for immediate use
Disposal of Solids & Contaminants
- Any solids or waste materials separated by the WPP30 unit should be handled as contaminated waste.
- These must be removed in line with environmental guidelines and disposed of in a lawful manner.
System Purpose & Limitations
- The WPP30 is built to reclaim water for reuse in pressure or jet washing.
- Common uses include cleaning forklifts, heavy plant, machinery, equipment parts, and similar items.
- It is not designed to provide closed-loop recycling or supply rinse-quality water.
- The system must be fitted with an overflow connection to a foul drain or a holding tank for surplus water.
Water Quality & Usage
- Recycled water from the WPP30 reduces reliance on fresh mains supply.
- It also lowers the overall discharge of wastewater into the drainage system.
- This water is not appropriate for applications where spotless or streak-free results are needed, such as car washing or vehicle’s glass

The WPP30 system is built to capture and recycle water for repeated use in jet washing tasks. It is most commonly applied for cleaning heavy equipment, plant machinery, forklifts, components, and similar items. While it provides an efficient way to recover water, it is not designed to deliver full rinse-quality standards or operate as a closed-loop recycling unit. For this reason, the system must be connected to either a mains foul drain or a suitable storage tank to handle excess water.
By supplying water that can be reused for general cleaning, the WPP30 significantly helps to cut down on fresh water consumption and reduces the volume of wastewater being discharged. That said, the quality of the recycled water is not appropriate for uses that demand a spotless or streak-free finish—such as washing vehicles or glass surfaces – where rinse-grade water is required.
