ATEX Zone 22 certified vacuum 3 phase 400v for continuous duty

The Morclean ESM Atex Zone 22 certified vacuum 3 phase 400v for continuous duty. Great for extracting on a production line, or if the cleaning process lasts a few hours or more. This vacuum offers the highest level of safety, reliability and quality when absorbing flammable liquids.

Could be turned into a small centralised system or be used with 30, 40 or 50m length hose, for example. Also includes the filter cleaning technology which is the most effective system available. It requires no additional auxiliary energy but uses the suction volume of the vacuum cleaner for effective filter cleaning. The vital filter fabric of the vacuum cleaners is not compressed, crushed or exposed to there mechanical stresses.

This industrial vacuum cleaner is extremely mobile, continuously operational and electrically operated. Suitable for vacuuming combustible dusts in Ex zone 22.

Each vacuum is Basic ATEX type tested and certified, and the filter can be changed quickly without the need for tools.

1st stage: 2 x star filter dust class M (99.9%)

2nd stage: HEPA H14 (99.995%)
