Manual and Automatic Systems
For irregular shaped vehicles, tanker wash systems and train washing, Morclean can provide bespoke systems designed around the fleet, and these are available as either a manual or auto system.
Whether it is the provision of an automated carriage wash system, or the installation of a manual under chassis train wash, we can provide bespoke solutions for larger vehicles i.e. planes, trains, buses and tanks.
The systems incorporate either spray arches, moving arch or brush wash technology, or a combination of both. The systems can also be used in conjunction with a Morclean Water Recycle Unit and these cost effective reclaim systems collect waste water in an Interceptor and then recycle it for later use.
Robot Wash
Morclean can now provide its customers with a Robot Wash - which is a special washing plant for tanks, trains, and any other type of irregular shaped vehicles. It contains a focused high pressure action, combined with the rotating and approach movement of the nozzles to the vehicle.
