Morclean have introduced a comprehensive list of robust vehicle washing systems specifically designed for most types and sizes of vehicles. Our semi-automatic brush washing systems and lorry wash stations are built to specification and can be adapted to fleets containing both artic and rigid sides.

Manufactured from rigid frames, each wash system can be constructed to meet our clients needs of differing layouts and combinations. We can cater for unusual sizes and irregular shapes by utilising a brushless moving arch system or a fixed arch system.

Lorry Wash: Gantry brush wash style

The Wheel Wash & Chassis System is designed to automatically clean the lower part of HGV vehicles by removing mud & clay etc. from the wheels and chassis in one drive through operation.

The Fixed Gantry Wash System is designed for the cleaning of irregular sized and shaped vehicles using hot or cold water.

The Screen Wash System is designed to fit around any other Morclean system, or to be used as a stand alone wash bay.

All our wash systems are extremely reliable for use with all types of vehicles and fleet sizes and, very importantly, can be used with a water reclaim unit.
