Vapour Steam Clean
The Morclean range of vapour steam cleaners are ideal for cleaning and sanitising without the use of harmful chemicals.
The electric generators produce saturated steam, which is ideal for use in food processing areas. These machines are also widely used in pharmaceutical and mechanical industries, dairy factories, catering, building sectors and for private and institutional use. There are also models available with built in vacuums to suck up the waste as you clean.
Vapour Steam Machines
Morclean's vapour steam generators are available in 240V or 415V. They range in motor size from 3300W to 8600W and boast steam production of between 4.62 kg/h and 10.75 kg/h. They have a 5 litre water tank and either 5 or 10 litre detergent tank.
Saturated steam is produced at between 9 and 10 bar at a maximum temperature of between 175ºC and 182ºC.
The machine is fully heated and ready for use after only 7 minutes and the boiler can be refilled from the tank provided to allow continuous use. These features make it efficient, easy to use and extremely cost effective.
Other features include pivoting wheels with brakes, stainless steel frame, low tension controls and a water end warning light.
Vapour Steam and Vacuum Machines
Morclean's vapour steam generators are fitted with built in vacuums, which run off a 1100W vac motor. They are available in 240V or 415V and range in motor size from 3300W to 4400W. They boast steam production of 4.62 kg/h and have a 5 litre water tank and a 5 litre detergent tank.
Saturated steam is produced at 9 bar at a maximum temperature of between 158°C and 175ºC.
The machine is fully heated and ready for use after only 7 minutes and the boiler can be refilled from the tank provided to allow continuous use. These features make it efficient, easy to use and extremely cost effective.
Other features include pivoting wheels with brakes, stainless steel frame, low tension controls, a water end warning light and a powerful suction motor and easily reachable recovery tank.

Both machines are single phase, industrial vacuum steam generators incorporating a powerful 1100 watt vacuum for removing dissolved debris after degreasing, cleaning, disinfecting and sanitising all types of hard surfaces. They have water tank ranging from 10 litres to 25 litre and all have 5 litre detergent tanks. Saturated steam is produced at 10 bar at a maximum temperature of 180°C. These machines are fully heated and ready for use after only 7 minutes and the boiler can be refilled from the water tank provided to allow continuous use. These features make it efficient, easy to use and extremely cost effective.
