Interlok Fine Filtration vacuum units

The Interlok concept is unique in every respect and yet the machines incorporate all the plus features of the standard machines with ease of build and delivery times. The 2 motored power head is designed for industrial conditions, incorporating 2-stage bypass motors and overheat protection. The filter system is ideally suited to the collection of fine powders, dust and granules. The dust container is quickly detachable for easy emptying and the whole machine is equipped with a heavy duty chassis, wheels and heavy duty castors, that will provide excellent mobility over all surfaces.

A range of accessory kits and individual accessories are available to suit specific needs and these come in a choice of sizes from 32mm (11/4") to 51mm (2"0) and in many different specifications.

Interlok KV15/1 Commercial Suction Vacuum Cleaner

Built without compromise this compact vacuum cleaner is fitted with a 1,000W heavy duty vacuum motor of the latest design. Its pressed steel vacuum head and mirror finish stainless steel canister is lightweight yet robust enough to take heavy use.

Designed to be maneuverable and stable due to its four widely spread 75mm castors mounted on a sturdy moulded plastic chassis. These advanced design features make this model especially suitable for schools. hotels. restaurants, contract cleaning, offices and public houses, yet remains light and compact enough for domestic use.

Back Pack Vacuum Cleaner (BPV)

The Morclean back pack vacuum is a practical design where particular attention has been paid to the users comfort, convenience and safety, coupled with a lighter weight. The cylinder design improves weight distribution and low operational noise level and reduced heat transfer. When it comes to congested environments there can be no doubt that the practical features of the BPV brings with it great advances in convenience cleaning, producing vastly improved results and savings on labour.

The BPV's performance is excellent, with an extra filter system that eliminates dust bags ensuring continuous high performance and easy emptying. The standard accessory kit incorporates all that is needed for the quick and efficient cleaning of all surfaces. Models available in 240 volts or 110 volts.

With the HPV lightweight design, you could quite easily forget that you are wearing it! HPV offers time savings of up to 30% over conventional tub vacuum cleaners and dramatically reduces operator fatigue associated with other back pack systems. Designed and tested for all commercial aircraft markets, the HPV has proved its value worldwide with great success. Robust, reliable and versatile, the HPV will exceed all your expectations. The unique harness, whilst preventing any machine movement is also comfortable to wear by both male and female operatives. BPV are fitted with MORBP4 Aircraft spec 110 volts 400 Hz with 32mm or 51mmtools.

KAV2 Hand Held Compressed Air Vacuum Cleaner

A rugged die-cast aluminium trigger operated air vacuum gun. Can be used in many industries for the removal of almost any debris, including glass, swarf, metal chippings, plastic particles, dust and powder. For fine dust or large volumes of debris the cloth bag can be replaced with a range of different size canisters and filtration systems.

This vacuum cleaner is suitable for Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres and offers a reduced risk of explosion by static spark when used to pick up explosive dust. Due to its construction and its Anti Static (Conductive) air supply hose, any static build up can be dissipated. However it is the user's responsibility to ensure and maintain a good earth bond at the compressed air connection point.* Not suitable for dusts hazardous to health.

KAV 15-45 & KAV 20-45 Compressed Air Powered Dry and Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaners

This range of Industrial Vacuum Cleaners is available in Dry Pick Up only versions or Wet & Dry versions that can be converted to pick up either dry dust and debris or non-flammable liquids. Dry pick-up models are suitable for use in Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres and offer a reduced risk of explosion by static spark when used to pick up explosive dust. All models are fully earth bonded and have an Anti-Static (Conductive) vacuum hose and air supply hose. Every vacuum cleaner is individually tested and provided with its own test certificate for earth path continuity.

PCV1 Photocopier Vac for Office Machinery and Service Engineers

Built without compromise this compact vacuum cleaner is fitted with a 1,000W heavy duty vacuum motor of the latest design. Its pressed steel construction is light weight yet robust enough to take heavy use. Designed to be used for the cleaning of photocopiers, printers, office machinery and domestic central heating boilers. It is housed in a sturdy black fibre carrying case which also contains the hose and tools.
