Morclean had a need for a versatile and easy to use loading ramp for loading and unloading their equipment. However the range available on the market was limited, or it was difficult to find a ramp that would fit all their vehicles. After extensive sourcing and trials they approached a European manufacturer and decided to seek sole UK distributorship for the SpeedyRamp range of vehicle loading ramps themselves.

The SpeedyRamp range has been extensively used by Morclean in their demonstration and servicing vehicles. Their markets include food, heavy industry, agriculture, waste management, Local Government, shipping, transport, automotive, manufacturing and export.
Morclean provides a site survey, demonstration and back up service, and find the SpeedyRamp a valuable selling tool. The ramp not only provides stable and safe loading, but a professional image when presenting to clients.

Features of the 'SpeedyRamp' loading ramp range
Fit your ramp to any vehicle: The ramp will practically fit any vehicle, please see the list of vans. It is important however to check the ramp dimensions and the vehicle dimensions before ordering.
Self fit your ramp: The ramp can be fitted to your vehicle in less than 20 minutes. Simply fix 2 mounting brackets and the loading ramp is ready to be used. The vehicle does not have to be sent to a fitting centre.
Lightweight and durable: Because the ramp is made from aluminium it won't rust and it will maintain it's professional look. It's lightweight too, making it easy to manage while not affecting your vehicle's payload.
Capacity of your ramp: A SpeedyRamp weighing from only 35Kg has a loading capacity of 300Kg, rendering the ramp suitable for most loads and businesses.
Valuable loading space: The SpeedyRamp simply un-clips from the 2 mounting brackets in seconds and can be lifted out of the vehicle if the full loading aperture is required.
Delivery of your ramp: SpeedyRamp will be sent to you via TNT and your consignment can be tracked on line.

At least 5 million adults consult their GP annually concerning back pain. This leads to costs in primary care of £140.6 million.
Back pain is the nation's leading cause of disability, with 1.1 million people disabled by it.
Back pain disability has risen more quickly over recent years than any other common disability. It rose by 104% from 1986-1992 whilst other disability rose by 60%.
In 1997/8 over 119 million days were lost due to registered disability caused by back problems.
At any one time 430,000 people in the UK are receiving Social Security payments primarily for back pain.
One in eight (13%) unemployed people say that back pain is the reason they are not working.
