Industrial Jet Washers

Morclean produce a full range of water bowser jetters and trailer mounted pressure washers and are one of the  market leaders in bespoke and special build machines. Either driven by a petrol or diesel engine, the pressures range from 100 to 500 Bar (1450 to 7000psi) and are mounted to trailer mounted bowsers. We  are one of the few suppliers in the UK that manufacture a full range of hot water trailer mounted pressure washers generally from stock, and are continually developing new modular systems that mean the complete trailer mount can be produced in a shorter turn round time.

Our modular hot water models are used in a variety of industries including a 5HP commercial version, 10HP industrial unit, and a powerful 17HP heavy duty 3000psi high pressure washer and steam cleaner. All fitted within a self contained frame and fitted to the trailer mounted bowser and piped into the bowser's baffled water supply to provide safe, remote, on-site mobile cleaning, jetting, graffiti cleaning and gum removal.

Our bowsers range from 500 Ltrs (100 gallons) to 2250 Lts (500 gallons) and are usually elliptical in section, baffled & moulded from polyethylene & fitted with a lockable outer hinged manlid cover, inner sealed vented manlid. The tank is generally secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps and all bowsers have an Inner anti surge baffle. Trailer mounted bowsers are built and extensively used in various industries  for high pressure jetting, steam cleaning, dust suppression, irrigation, watering flowers or baskets, mobile car van or lorry valeting, as well as high pressure jetting for Aircraft, Military, Automotive, Opencast, Quarries and numerous commercial and industrial applications.

Built for the Ministry of Defence

This is a highway water self contained mobile trailer mounted bowser with a NATO road towing hitch, fitted with road legal lights, NATO hitch, brakes, hand brake, jockey wheel, and number plate. Includes a NATO connector.

The chassis is constructed from 4" x 2" RSC and fully welded with front standing plate and 'A' frame drawbar. Fully galvanised axle/suspension, single avonride torsion beam axle fitted with 300mm x 60mm knott auto reverse brakes on 5 stud 6.1/2" pcd hubs, rated with 3000 kg Wheels & Tyres 2 No 750 x 16 x 12 ply radial tyres on 5 stud 6.1/2" pcd rims. Coupling Knott is a 3000kg capacity posibrake over run auto reverse c/w breakaway cable, spring assisted handbrake lever, fitted with 40mm eye. Built to comply with DST tow height of 720mm. Ancillary Equipment includes Steel Mudguards, telescopic front jockey wheel, full road lighting c/w with NATO connector.

Tank constructed from translucent heavy duty polyethylene with a capacity of 2250 litres. 2" filler cap & chain, vent & rear draw off tap. Green tank. Finish chassis galvanised c/w Morclean Powermax 250/13p 250 bar pressure, 1020 l/h with linear pump, self contained pressure washer, 20m retractable hose on real, quick release coupling, diesel fuelled engine.

Bespoke hot water bowser pressure washer

Trailer mounted to 1100 Ltrs water bowser with 3000psi hot jetter.

The feature is an additional 30 metre hose reel mounted to the top of the unit for a long reach hose offering further flexibility.

The unit is driven by a 17.7 HP water cooled engine and  produces 200 Bar at 1320 Ltrs per hour flow.

Fully fitted van pack

With additional 500 litreson board water tank that allows the operator to access 3000 psi of hot water on a mobile basis without the need for power or water.

Hose reels are also mounted within the vehicle and the unit is driven by a 17.7 HP water cooled engine and  produces 200 Bar at 1320 Ltrs per hour flow.

Heathrow Airport emergency unit

Emergency incident unit hot water jetter for Heathrow Airport, 200 Bar hot water jetter with an electric start 17HP water cooled engine and acoustic panels to reduce noise levels.

This unit provides hot water up to 90 deg. C at 3000psi without the need for mains power or water, and utilises a twin axle trailer and fast fill 2000 Ltrs water tank.

Unique 500 Litres water bowser.

With 2320psi cold water jetterinstalled within a caged safety frame.

The trailer is also fitted with a bespoke tool box for the operator to carry other items required on site.

The cold water pressure washer is driven by a 5HP Honda engine and is fitted with a 25 metre retractable hose reel, all fitted within the safety cage.

Super slim-line and lightweight.

500 Ltrs water bowser with fast fill port and fitted with a 3000 psi cold water jetter and 30M stainless steel fast track hose reel.

The water jetter is used for rapid quick stop washes and can be towed behind a small van due to it's light weight.

The pressure wash is driven by a 11HP Honda GX 340 petrol engine with electric start for ultimate reliability and readiness.

Heathrow Airport (BAA)

This van mounted hot water jetter for Heathrow Airport (BAA) was installed to the clients 'flat bed' Transit van and is used throughout the airport's apron for mobile cleaning.

The machine is driven via an electric start 17.5HP engine and produces 200 Bar of hot water at 90 degrees Celsius (or 75 Bar at up to 140 degrees Celsius) and is housed within a frost protected cabinet.

The unit also doses the clients detergents at a specified rate and is coupled to a water tank.

Built for graffiti removal A powerful 3000psi hot water/steam cleaner jetter driven by a 15HP diesel electric start Kubota engine for aggressive cleaning and removal of graffiti from brick and stone.

The skid was specifically designed for use on a pallet truck for added portability as some areas could not be accessed by a vehicle or trailer.

The heavy duty steel frame protects the engine, pump and other components and the operator has access to temperature, flow, pressure and chemicals etc.

This unit produces 200 Bar pressure at a lesser 15L pm flow rate to reduce waste water and was fitted with a 30 metre hose.

Rotary head

The rotary cleaning head can be used on a vertical surface for the removal of graffiti from walls. The rotary head is also fitted with an optional vacuum port so that a vacuum cleaner can be attached in order to remove the waste water, paints and solvents during graffiti removal in sensitive area.

Used conventionally the rotary head prevents splashing and overspray, and can be used in public areas.

When used with a coupled vacuum the rotary head prevents most of the water escaping and the contaminated water can then be contained for disposal.

Watering flower beds and hanging baskets

Skid mounted, 2000 Ltrs water bowser complete with irrigation pump, built for a local authority.

This machine is used for watering of flower beds and hanging baskets and utilises a 5HP Honda GX engine with hose, lance and sprinkler nozzle.

The 25M hose reel is mounted to the robust yet lightweight steel frame and the whole unit can be placed on a flat bed van or a trailer so that it can be used on differing vehicles within the fleet

Specialist contract cleaning

Trailer mounted unit built for a specialist contract cleaner with additional alternator and take off point with a 110 volts socket.

The unit is fitted with a 17HP electric start engine and powers a high performance 3000psi hot water jetter.

The powered outlet (yellow socket seen on the right hand side) is used by the operator for task lighting and to power a wet vacuum cleaner.

The whole unit is mounted to a road going 2200 Ltrs baffled water bowser with fast fill inlet and the main pump is fitted with a detergent facility.

High performance for low budgets

A simple but effective engine driven pressure washer fitted to a 2500 Ltrs water bowser.

The electric start pressure washer produces 3000psi and features a Honda GX hand start petrol engine.

The high capacity water bowser is fitted with a standard road going tow hitch and has a single axle, the pump produces 2200 psi of cold water at 15 Lpm and is a very simple design - providing high performance at a budget.

Designed for fast flexibility

This is one of a fleet of 5 trailer mounted jetters built for a local hire business and associate MTH.

The 3000 psi high pressure machines are engine driven and powered by a Kubota 17HP electric start water cooled engine and built around a hard wearing steel frame.

In less than 10 minutes the whole unit can be un-bolted from the 'A' Frame of the trailer and then the unit can be hired out as a skid mounted version without the trailer, and can be used in a van or on a flat bed vehicle.

With towing hitch and lights

Another of the 5 units sold to date to local hire firm MTH these machines are robust and hard wearing - ideal for a hire fleet.

The 3000psi jetters are fitted with an easy to read control panel where the operator can access the key start, temperature and detergent flow. Sight glasses and gauges for oil and water levels are readily  visible and easy to check, the controls are minimal and straight forward.

The water cooled Kubota engine provides quiet and reliable power in any location, and the units are fitted to road going trailers with standard towing hitch and lights.

Designed for high visibility

The tank used for this unit was yellow hi-visibility polyethylene & fitted with an 18" hinged manlid cover.

Tank secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps. 1 rear tap.

Complete with Honda petrol engine driven pump c/w 50ft of 1/2" hose on rewind hose reel & spray nozzle.

The trailer has moulded mudguards, front telescopic jockey wheel, lighting board.

To the rear of the trailer a rear chevron board with direction arrow & flashing beacons was fitted for safety.

Specialist cleaning of food outlets

A specially produced 10HP hot water mobile jetter producing 2500psi hot water from this compact engine driven unit.

This bespoke unit is used by a specialist contract cleaner for kitchen appliance cleaning in the major food outlets in the UK.

The bowser is a compact 500 Ltrs capacity and is elliptical in section, baffled & moulded from polyethylene & fitted with an 18" lockable outer hinged manlid cover, inner sealed vented manlid.

The tank is secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps. 1 rear tap fitted, 2" bottom drain  underneath rear of tank. Inner anti-surge baffle.

Robust bowser and pressure washer

A 1125 Litre, 200 bar site water bowser/pressure washer chassis constructed from 4 x 2" RSC which is fully welded with front extended standing plate and 'A' frame drawbar. Built using an RSA frame. Axle/suspension is a single 45mm solid square beam axle fitted with heavy duty taper roller bearing hubs, 4 stud 5 1/2" pcd rims with 185 x 13 x 6 ply tyres.

Coupling: 2" solid forged ring eye, Ancillary equipment: front screwjack.

Tank: Elliptical in section, constructed from h/d polyethylene 18" inner manlid with vent, outer manlid cover, baffled, rear tap, various outlets fitted.

Pump: Yanmar electric start L100 10HP Engine driving a 200 Bar (2900psi) 15 lpm piston pump c/w hand lance & 7 m of hose stowed on bracket.

Fuel consumption approx. 1.5 ltr per hour, running time approx. 2.9 hrs.

Designed for dust suppression

Built for dust suppression on sites this bowser is fitted with a 2" Honda hand start petrol pump plumbed into Bowser & fitted with Rear Deflector Plate.

The unit provides an arc of water approximately 34ft wide(10.36m), 25ft deep (7.62m) at approximately 150 Lpm.

Built for Local Authority.

Built for a Local Authority for flower bed and hanging basket watering, the chassis is constructed from 100 x 50 R.S.C. fully welded with an 'A' frame drawbar,finish painted.

Avonride rubber torsion beam axle suspension fitted with 300 x 60 auto reverse brakes, 5 stud 6 1/2" pcd hubs.

Cylindrical tank moulded from polyethylene & fitted with a 4" hinged cover & 2" filler. Tank secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps. 1 rear tap.

Honda petrol engine driven pump c/w 50ft of 1/2" hose on rewind hose reel & spray nozzle. Steel mudguards, front telescopic jockey wheel, lighting board. Fitted with rear chevron board with direction arrow & flashing beacons.

Motorway construction

Built for a construction firm operating on Motorway new builds, this was constructed using a Yanmar electric start L100 10HP engine driving a 200 Bar, 15Lpm piston pump c/w hand lance & 7m of hose stowed on bracket.

Fuel consumption approx 1.5L/Hr, running time approx 2.9Hrs.

Fitted to a baffled & moulded from polyethylene water bowser fitted with an 18" lockable outer hinged manlid cover, inner sealed vented manlid.

Tank secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps.1 rear tap fitted, 2" bottom drain underneath rear of tank. Inner anti-surge baffle. Features moulded mudguards, front telescopic jockey wheel, rear lighting board. Tank moulded in yellow polyethylene and the chassis galvanised.

Highway washing

Highway pressure washer on trailer, this unit is fitted to an elliptical section water bowser, baffled & moulded from polyethylene & fitted with an 18" lockable outer hinged manlid cover, inner sealed vented manlid.

Tank secured to chassis with 2 stainless steel straps. 1 rear tap fitted, 2" bottom drain underneath rear of tank, inner anti-surge baffle.

The unit is powered by a Honda GX 160 Hand Start Petrol Engine driving a 140 Bar (2000psi), 10 Lpm piston pump c/w hand lance & 7m of hose stowed on bracket.
