Low Water Volume Pressure Washers

With an VapourSteam machine you can now steam clean a car without using the volumes of water that a typical jet wash produces.
The Morclean Pro range of Hot Water Cleaners are ideal for a whole range of cleaning tasks whether they are used for DIY at home or for more industrial use at work. They are ideal for smaller garages, bakeries and small vehicle fleets and our customers have recommended them for desalting your car after the winter months, degreasing the engine and driveway, sand-blasting and cleaning of plaster and facades or even cleaning your car or van with hot shampoo.
They effortlessly produce high pressure hot water at 90 degrees centigrade for as long as you need it and then at the touch of a button, can be switched to produce cold water. For tasks where a suitable electricity supply is not available, we have a hot water cleaner complete with an integrated electric generator. This is ideal for cleaning large areas such as car parks, or washing down plant and machinery.

Hot Water Electric Pressure Washers
The Morclean range of hot water electric heavy duty pressure washers are compact, easy to operate and manoeuvre and are fitted with heavy duty impact resistant covers. They are ideal for cleaning patios, paths, drives, vehicles, boats and caravans.
They have a maximum temperature of 140ºC, a flow rate of up to 1260 litres per hour, and a motor speed of 2800 rpm. Models are available in both 110, 240 and 415 volts with up to 200 bar pressure and 9700 watts.
They also come with an Axial or Linear pump, double motor (pump and burner), vertical burner with high thermal efficiency steel coil and three high durability steel pistons and pump head with built-in (interchangeable seat) by-pass valve. Other features include an automatic stop system, a built-in detergent tank and a safety valve.
Hot Water Diesel Pressure Washers
The Morclean range of hot water diesel heavy duty pressure washers are self contained, and are ideal for mobile use where electricity is not available so long as you have access to a fresh water supply.
They are enclosed in a tough steel main frame for added robustness and can be skid mounted. They are ideal for cleaning large areas such as car parks, or washing down plant and machinery.
They have a maximum temperature of 140ºC, a flow rate of up to 1320 litres per hour, up to 200 bar operating pressure and are fitted with a Lombardini twin cylinder water cooled diesel engine.
They also come with a Linear pump, and three ceramic pistons and pump head with by-pass valve. Other features include manual power control, a flow regulator and a belt driven pump to absorb vibration.
