Zone Rated Vacs
Morclean produce a range of ATEX approved zone rated Industrial safety vacuum cleaners, which are suitable for use in various Gas Zones and Dust Zones (i.e. Gas Zone 2 and Dust Zone 22) to pick up hazardous dust and debris without fear of explosion.
The Vacuum cleaners are fully earth bonded and have an Anti-static (conductive) vacuum hose and air supply hose to prevent sparks or shocks. Every vacuum cleaner is individually tested and provided with its own test certificate of filtration efficiency and earth path continuity.
The machines have 3 Stage Filtration, which is broken down as follows:
1st Stage: Disposable Paper Bag
2nd Stage: Anti-Static (Conductive) Cloth Filter
3rd Stage: High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter. Efficiency 99.997% at 0.6 micron to BS 3928
Our range includes dry pick up models to collect dry dust and debris or wet and dry models, which will collect non-flammable liquids as well. The wet and dry models are supplied with a ball type float shut-off assembly. They are built for use under tough conditions and have a sturdy steel frame.
Morclean Compressed Air Powered Vac
Can be used to remove almost any debris, including glass, swarf, metal chippings, plastic particles, dust and powder. For fine dust or large volumes of debris the cloth bag can be replaced with a range of different size canisters and filtration systems.
This vacuum cleaner is Category 3 and suitable for use in Gas Zone 2 and Dust Zone 22. It has an Anti Static (Conductive) air supply hose and is constructed so that any static build up can be dissipated. However it is the user's responsibility to ensure and maintain a good earth bond at the compressed air connection point.
Morclean Safety Vac
We supply sturdy, reliable Safety Vacuum Cleaners with powerful three-phase drive for dealing with explosive dusts of the dust explosions classes St1, St2 and St3 in Zone 22. ATEX-compliant in Zones 2, 3 and 22.
These machines provide maximum safety at work and are even capable of dealing with explosive steams, gases and vapours.
They offer high filtration and continuous high suction, which reduces the operating time.
Morclean's safety vacuum cleaners comply with current European safety standards and are approved for working in ATEX Type 22 environments containing explosive dust.
Morclean Industrial Air Vac
It can be used for wet or dry collections and has a large 200 Litre collector.
The Air vac will handle difficult or heavy waste such as oil, sludge, sewage, grindings, swarf, turnings, slag, sand, foodstuffs etc.
There is no electrical connection required as it runs off compressed air and there are no moving parts.
